PURPOSE: To automatically implement revision of control information of a communication control file of each terminal equipment connected to a host computer without the intervention of a system engineer, to reduce man-hours and to prevent a communication trouble of a revision error.

CONSTITUTION: A host computer 1 is provided with an information acquisition control section 13 acquiring a revised version and control information of its own communication control file. Each terminal equipment is provided with an information revision control section 23 acquiring the revision version of its own communication control file 22, comparing the version with revision version of the control information of the host computer and reflecting the control information of the host computer to its own communication control file when they are dissident. Thus, each terminal equipment revises the control information of its own communication control file in an optional timing and omits the intervention of a system engineer to prevent a communication trouble.
