PURPOSE: To offer a call waiting telephone service from a terminal equipment simulatingly by connecting a call to a telephone set not receiving the call waiting telephone service via a telephone network.
CONSTITUTION: When a customer listening to an incoming tone from a recommendation person during talking uses a telephone set for hooking, it is detected by a detection section 13 and a switching command pulse is sent. The pulse is inputted to an input D of a bistable FF51 of a switching section 17, an output Q2 goes to 1 and an output the inverse of Q2 goes to 0, a switch circuit 52 is closed and a switch circuit 53 is opened. Thus, the connection between a talking line 22 and a handset 12 is released, the line 22 and a voice synthesis section 18 are connected and simultaneously the switching section 17 uses the output Q2 of the FF51 to send a command of a simulating voice utterance to the vice synthesis section 18. In this operation, the talking between the customer telephone set and the recommendation person is switched into the simulating voice and the customer makes hooking during the talking to attain simulating experience to be switched into the talking with other telephone set.
