Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the piping system by providing a conduction hole and a choke plug body to a disc then driving the test drive section provided at the outside of a valve body to operate the plug body first thus to open the conduction hole thereafter opening the disc and eliminating the bypass line provided between the inlet and outlet ports of a testable check valve. CONSTITUTION:By means of an air cylinder 128 provided at the outside of a valve body 101, a valve body open/close swing arm 120 is first rotated to open a conduction hole 116 made through a disc 110, thereby even if the pressure at the outlet 104 side is higher than that at the inlet 102 side, the pressure is uniformed through opening of said hole 116 to facilitate opening operation of the disc 110. Consequently conventional bypass line for uniforming the pressure is not required resulting in simplification of the piping system.
