Title:
TESTER UTILIZING NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5890154
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce archfact based on a deficit of a projection data, by mounting a means which causes a frequency, attaining a zero frequency when a nuclear magnetic resonance signal is detected at a quadrature phase, to differ at each projection.

CONSTITUTION: A high frequency pulse generator 4 excites a coil 6 for generating a high frequency magnetic field. The coil 6 is combined with a receiving coil, and a signal component is exchanged and displayed in a picture at a signal processing circuit 9 via a detector 8. Other output of the generator 4 is used as a reference signal when the detector 8 performs a quadrature phase detection. Coils 10W12 for generating an inclined magnetic field in directions X, Y, and Z are driven by a power source 13, and coil 17 for generating a static magnetic field is driven by a power source 18. A human body 14 to be inspected, is laid on a bed 15, and is moved on a support 16. A controller 19 issues a command to change a direction of an inclined magnetic field, and simultaneously, instructs to change a frequency of a reference signal sent to the detector 8. Finally, the frequency of the reference signal can be kept constant, the magnetic field of the coil 17 can be changed, and an archfact can be reduced.
