PURPOSE: To execute a manual test for a terminal to be tested with high operability by providing a memory for holding a state of the terminal to be tested, displaying the state of the terminal to be tested on a display part of a testing terminal and showing it to a maintenance person.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of connecting a measuring instrument 5 to a subscriber's circuit 2 and testing manually a terminal to be tested 1, a test request receiving unit 3b for receiving a test request, and a tested terminal state display memory 11a for displaying a state of the terminal to be tested 1 are provided in a main storage device 11. Also, the title system is constituted so that when a test request of the terminal to be tested 1 is transmitted from a testing terminal 4, a manual test of the terminal to be tested 1 is executed after understanding the state of the terminal to be tested 1 by displaying the contents of the tested terminal state display memory 11a on the testing terminal 4. In such a way, a maintenance person can execute an optimum manual test, and the operability of the manual test is improved.
