Abstract:

To provide a thermal emission coating material which can enhance emissivity in infrared domain, and efficiently dissipating heat; and a light-emitting diode (LED) illumination, heat sink, and a back sheet for a solar cell module each coated therewith.

This thermal emission coating material includes: (a) a ceramic powder with 0.1-50 μm of average particle size, containing zinc oxide powder or titanium oxide powder or both of them; and (b) a binder, where 25-100 pts.mass of the component (a) is contained based on 100 pts.mass of the component (b).
