As a reheating means 10 for heating the printing paper 3 on which the ink 4 is transferred to a melting temperature of the ink 4 in a non- contacting manner is provided and the melting of the ink 4 is executed in the non-contacting manner, the ink 4 is not stuck to the reheating means 10, thereby preventing the occurrence of tailing of the ink 4.
