Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a thermal transfer recorder which can maintain a stable printing operation.
CONSTITUTION: A capstan roller 26 which energizes travelling force of a film belt 11 and an idler 32 which guides travel of the film belt 11 and energizes specific tension to the film belt 11 are provided. Then, a tension regulation means which makes a travel cross shear side of an idler pivot in a travel direction of the film belt 11 according to travel cross shear of the film belt 11 guided with the idler 32 by energizing force of the film belt 11 is provided to an idler 32. Thereby, a thermal transfer recorder which is simple in structure and can maintain a stable printing operation can be provided.
