Abstract:

To provide a thermally conductive composition that can join a heating element to a heat radiator without including any bubble and can efficiently conduct heat and provide a plasma display by using the thermally conductive composition.

The thermally conductive composition comprises a polymer mainly including an alkyl acrylate monomer bearing a 2-14C alkyl group and a macromolecule that is liquid at ordinary temperature and atmospheric pressure. In this thermally conductive composition, the macromolecule that is preferably liquid at ordinary temperature and atmospheric pressure is an oligomer mainly comprising acrylic alkyl ester as a main component. The plasma display (A) is equipped with the plasma display panel and a heat radiator wherein the plasma display panel (1) is joined to the heat radiator (3) via the thermally conductive composition (2).
