Title:
THERMOMETER PROBE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6214029
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the transmission of rank information at a measuring display from a probe, by simplifying the construction of the connection and the connector section.

CONSTITUTION: A probe is made up of a probe body 42 mounted detachably on the side of a measuring device, a thermometer sensor 41 provided on the measuring end side of the body 42, electrodes 48a and 48b for sensor connection provided on the connection end side of the body 42, electrodes 50a and 50b for recognizing ranks near the electrodes, resistances 51a and 51b for recognizing ranks provided between the electrodes 50a and 50b and the electrodes 48a and 48b and the like. In addition, the other ends of leads 45 and 46 in a measuring tube 44 are connected to a section 43, which has the electrode 48a for connection of sensors, the electrode 50a for recognition of ranks and the resistance 51a for recognition of ranks on the surface of a connection base 49 to be connected to the temperature measuring tube 44 and the electrode 48b, the electrode 50b and the resistance 51b on the back thereof. Then, the temperature measured with the temperature sensor 41 is sent to the electrodes 50a and 50b as numbers of two and one digits respectively from the resistances 51a and 51b through the electrodes 48a and 48b.
