Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic molding material comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane, a specified elastomeric graft copolymer, an α-methylstyrene/(meth) acrylonitrile copolymer and a reinforcing filler, and being excellent in especially low-temperature rigidity, etc.

CONSTITUTION: This material comprises 20-90 wt.% thermoplastic polyurethane (A), 1-40 wt.% elastomeric graft copolymer (B) comprising a graft polymer trunk comprising an elastomeric polymer having a glass transition temperature of -20°C or below and based on butadiene or a 2-10 C acrylate and optionally a cross-linking agent and 10-50 wt.% graft polymer branch comprising styrene and acrylonitrile and/or styrene and/or methyl methacrylate in a ratio of 85/15 to 60/40, 5-75 wt.% copolymer (C) comprising 55-90 wt.% methylstyrene and 10-45 wt.% acrylonitrile and/or methacrylonitrile and at most 50 wt.% reinforcing filler (D).
