PURPOSE: To obtain the title laminate excellent in humidity permeability resistance and oxygen barrier properties by bonding PES and a saponified ethylene/ vinyl acetate copolymer through a specific modified polyolefin resin composition.

CONSTITUTION: The gas barrier resin of an A-layer is selected from a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and a polyamide resin and PES of a B-layer is composed of a diol/dicarboxylic acid copolymer. The A-layer and the B-layer are bonded through an adhesive polymer layer (C-layer) composed of a polymer composition prepared by compounding 0.5-99.5 pts.wt. of graft modified polyolefin containing 0.01-10wt.% of unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof with 99.5-0.5 pts.wt. of a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer prepared by the graft copolymerization of 2wt.% or more of vinyl acetate and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer with vinyl acetate content of 5-50wt.% and having MFR of 0.5-30g/10min and containing 20-80wt.% of vinyl acetate in total.
