Abstract:
PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition having improved wear resistance and extremely improved chemical resistance, containing an aromatic vinyl unsaturated dicarboxylic acid imide copolymer and a fluorine-contained resin.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin (e.g., ABS, nylon 6, etc.) composition containing (A)≥15wt% copolymer having 35W75wt% aromatic vinyl monomer and 25W65wt% unsaturated dicarboxylic acid imide derivative, and (B) 1W40wt% fluorine-contained resin (preferably in a powdery state, having ≤100μ average particle diameter). The copolymer A is obtained by copolymerizing the aromatic monomer (e.g., styrene, etc.) with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride (e.g., aniline, etc.), and imidating the copolymer at 80W350°C.
