PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition composed of a polymer having functional groups reactive with an amino group and a copolymer having a specified repeating unit and improved in impact resistance.
CONSTITUTION: This composition contains (A) 50 to 99.5 pts.wt. polymer having functional groups reactive with an amino group and (B) 0.5 to 50 pts.wt. copolymer having a repeating unit of the formula (R1 and R2 are each H, a 1 to 6C alkyl, phenyl or a 7 to 8C arylalkyl; R3 is a 1 to 18C alkylene, a 5 to 17C cycloalkylene, a 6 to 12C arylene or a 7 to 17C arylalkylene; R4 is H, formyl, an acyl, an alkoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl or benzyloxycarbonyl; R5 is H or a 1 to 6C alkyl) in the molecule or its salt. In addition, the component (A) contains preferably one or more kinds of resins selected from the group of polyester resins, polycarbonate resins and polyamide resins.
