Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of crack and damage on a drawing molding part of a blank and improve weight reduction and material yield.SOLUTION: The thickness difference plate of the invention is characterized so that steel plates which are a thin plate 11 and a thick plate 12 having different plate thickness each other are butted into an L-shaped, inverted L-shaped or U-shaped state and then subjected to weld for forming a blank 13. Then the blank 13 has a weldment line corner part C on a corner part formed by weldment lines 15, 16 by the butt weldment, and on a position overlapping to an angular bisector d extending on the thin plate 11 side from the weldment line corner part C and in the vicinity of the position, a main hardening line 20 is provided in a linear shape with the weldment line corner part C as an original point.
