Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film electrostatic coating device capable of safely performing thin-film electrostatic coating and simplifying a configuration thereof.SOLUTION: A thin film electrostatic coating device comprises: a belt conveyor device 10 which conveys a conveyor belt 11 which can hold a web-like base material 9 on a surface thereof from an upstream side to a downstream side; a base material supply device which supplies the base material 9 to the upstream side of the conveyor belt 11; a base material recovery device which recovers the base material 9 from the downstream side of the conveyor belt 11; a housing 40 surrounding an intermediate portion of the conveyor belt 11 and extending along the conveyor belt 11; a powder supply device 42 which supplies a powder 6 from one end part of the housing 40 to the other end part; and an electrode 44 which fixes the powder 6 installed in the housing 40 to the base material 9 held on a surface of the conveyor belt 11.
