The thin-film solar cell is provided with a transparent substrate (1), a cell layer (2) formed thereon, bus bars (5 and 6) arranged on both polarities of the cell layer (2), a filling layer (3) arranged on the cell layer (2), a protective layer (4) arranged on the filling layer (3), an electrode pick-up part (10) wherein a connection part to an external terminal is provided, a plurality of electrodes (7 and 8) that are provided between the cell layer (2) and the filling layer (3) from the bus bars (5 and 6) to the electrode pick-up part (10), and penetrate the filling layer (3) and the protective layer (4) in the electrode pick-up part (10) and are led to the outside, an insulation film (9) arranged between the cell layer (2) and the electrode, and a flooding resistance (12) arranged between the electrodes (7 and 8) and the cell layer (2).
