Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a soft ferrite plate to decrease in a soft ferrite content, make it thin, and make its absorbing property broader in band by a method wherein soft ferrite and permanent magnet are compounded to enable an electromagnetic wave absorbing property of the ferrite to be effectively displayed.

CONSTITUTION: Soft ferrite and permanent magnet can be compounded in such a composite state that soft ferrite particles and permanent magnet particles are mixed and dispersed to form a particle dispersed composite type or soft ferrite plates and permanent magnet plates are laminated to form a laminated composite type. Moreover, when a particle dispersed composite is formed, for example, it is an adequate way that powder 1 of soft ferrite and permanent magnet is dispersedly mixed and incorporated into urethane resin 2 or the like through a conventional method to mold a plate-like piece 3. And, forming a laminated composite type, for example, a plate-like sintered piece 4 of soft ferrite and a permanent magnet plate-like piece 5 are laminated into a piece 6. In this process, a non-sintered piece can be used as a permanent magnet plate-like piece 5, but it is desirable that a permanent magnet plate-like piece is a sintered piece when being used as a wall material.
