To magnify high luminance points of a surface light source constituted of a plurality of the high luminance points with a light emitting part cover and provide optical signal with high visibility by installing a hand signal main body comprising LED lamps emitting three color; red, blue, and white; and also installing the light emitting cover capable of diffusing and projecting light of the light emitting source in the prescribed directions.

This hand signal light main body 1b is opened in the upper end part 2a and closed in the lower end by a bottom cover 2b installed in a freely detachable manner.
