Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a rendering speed by switching properly models used in rendering.
SOLUTION: This display is constituted of a view point position changing part 1 for changing view point information of a user, a view point information storage base 2 for storing the view point information of the user in a virtual space, a model storage base 3 for storing the plurality of models different in resolution with respect to respective objects arranged in the virtual space together with detail levels, a detail level calculating part 4 for calculating the detail level of the each object used for the rendering according to the view point information, a model switching part 6 for switching the model of the each object used for the rendering according to the detail level, a rendering part 7 for rendering three-dimensional computer graphics using the model transmitted from the model switching part 6, and an output part 8 for displaying the generated computer graphics.
