Abstract:
To provide a three-dimensional forming sheet that even in a wet state, has excellent compression strength of protrusions and can keep pressing force using the protrusions and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional forming sheet 1 includes a base plate 2 and many protrusions 3 protruding from one surface of the base plate 2 and is formed from non-woven fabric. Compression strength of the protrusions 3 of the three-dimensional forming sheet 1 in a wet state is equal to or higher than 7.5 N. A method for manufacturing the three-dimensional forming sheet 1 comprises the steps of: performing heat treatment on non-woven raw fabric to contract it to equal to or higher than 70% and equal to or lower than 90% in at least one direction; and performing press working on the contacted non-woven raw fabric at a temperature equal to or lower than a fusion temperature of the non-woven raw fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
