Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a three-phase brushless motor the speed of which can be accurately controlled with a simple constitution even when the motor is rotated at a low speed.

CONSTITUTION: The title motor is provided with two pole position detecting means 5 and 6 which detect the rotational position of a rotor 2 and speed detecting means having encoder magnets 17 the number of which is 2n times of the number of poles of rotor magnets 3 attached to a rotor 2 and the dead points of the rotor magnets 3 are aligned with those of the encoder magnets 17.
