PURPOSE: To make the manipulatability of a seat-belt satisfactory, by guiding forward the upper supporting point of the seat-belt upon wearing the seat-belt, by means of a guide ring so that the ring is positioned ahead of the shoulder of a passenger.

CONSTITUTION: An emergency lock type retractor 6 is attached to the part of a vehicle body below a center pillar 5, and is stored therein with a shoulder/waist seat-belt 7 which is set in a condition such that it is urged to be wound. Further, the seat-belt 7 is arranged such that the extraction side part of the seat belt 7 is successively passed through a slip anchor 8 which is vertically adjustably attached to the center pillar 5 and a guide ring 11 which is shifted along a guide rail 10 extending from the upper part of the center pillar 5 over a roof side 9 to the substantially middle part of a door 2, and is then folded back. The guide ring 11 may be moved along the guide rail 10 to a position forward of the shoulder side of a passenger.
