To provide a tricycle capable of solving instability of riding and traveling by utilizing a swing mechanism as it is, being used even by an elderly person, a woman, a patient and a handicapped person without anxiety, being stably traveled while avoiding rain and sunshine even when it is rainy and sunny, being used not only for going to hospital and going shopping in a depopulated district and a traffic inconvenient area but also for travel and business, and being quickly and easily reset to an original commercially-available tricycle at any time.

A detachable handle bar 10, saddle, seat pillar and rear basket are removed from the commercially-available tricycle, and a seat device 30 is mounted to a rear frame I of a rear vehicle body 2 not provided with the swing mechanism. When a rider sits on it, the original handle bar 10 is mounted through an expandable/contractable and turnable handle bar holder 10B so that handle bar operation can be performed. A cover 50A for avoiding rain and shielding the sunlight is inserted to a seat tube F to be supported.
