Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking of a by-product in exhaust gas by improving assembly work efficiency, minimum flow controllability, and maximum flow controllability, so as to improve heating temperature distribution of a body and a valve element.
SOLUTION: A cylindrical hole 3 in an orthogonal direction to a flow path 2 is formed in a body 1. A bonnet 8 closing the hole 3 is mounted in the body 1. A valve element 13 of squared plate shape is supported rotatable in the hole 3 by an integrally provided shaft part 14. A partitioning body 22 which can control the flow path 2 with the valve element 13 is provided to be opposed along an axial direction of the hole 3 in its inner wall of the body 1. An outer part heating heater 23 is provided so as to coat a part surrounding the valve element 13 in the body 1. An inner part heating heater 27 is housed in a touching condition in a hole 18 of the valve element 13.
