To provide a throw-away body fluid treating article which is capable of preventing the flow of the body fluid to longitudinal and transversely directions and is capable of surely absorbing and holding the body fluid in a core.

The body fluid treating article 1 comprises a liquid impermeable base sheet 3 which exists on a non-skin abutting surface side, the liquid absorptive core 4 which is attached to the inside surface of the base sheet 3 and a liquid permeable front surface member 2 which exists on a skin abutting surface side. The front surface member 2 has plural lines of projecting parts 2a which build upward from the core 4, extend in the transverse direction and line up apart prescribed sizes in the longitudinal direction, plural lines of recessed parts 2b which extend in the transverse direction between the projecting parts 2a and many apertures 2c which penetrate these parts in their thickness direction. The apertures 2c line up apart prescribed sizes in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction.
