Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09111997
Kind Code:

Abstract:

To facilitate fitting of a tile made of a metal plate to an iron plate for a substrate and replacement thereof and to make it excellent in properties of design by constituting this tile by providing a magnetic plate integrally on the rear of a formed body of a metal thin plate.

A decoration is provided on the surface of a formed body 2 of a thin plate of stainless steel having a thickness of 1mm or less. A turned- down part 4 of a height 6mm or less is formed through the whole outer edge part of the formed body 2 by bending this part at a right angle continuously and integrally. An arbitrary number of seal-like rubber magnets 3 of a thickness 5mm or less are stuck on the rear of the formed body 2 by an adhesive or an adhesive double coated tape and thereby a tile 1 made of metal is prepared. The tile 1 made of metal can be fitted simply to an iron plate for a substrate only by attraction. Replacement of the tile can also be executed easily.
