Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the processor which can quickly process the processing of a lower priority level after changing this level to a proper level with a simple means.

CONSTITUTION: When a start signal is inputted from a main CPU at each (ms) in this example, the priority level of the TITM processing is raised. The TITM processing is carried out in preference to the ASR1 or TOVF processing that has the same priority level as the TITM processing. Thus, the TITM processing is accurately carried out with no time delay caused end also synchronously with an external start signal. Therefore, it is not required to always monitor the TITM processing with software and this processing can be carried out with a simple means.
