Abstract:
Disclosed are a temporal kernel device, a temporal kernel computing system comprising same, and a method for operating the device and system. The temporal kernel device disclosed herein may include at least one temporal kernel cell structure, and the temporal kernel cell structure may include a non-volatile memristor, and a resistor and a capacitor that are connected in parallel to each other. The resistor and capacitor that are connected in parallel may be connected in series to the non-volatile memristor. The temporal kernel device may include a first electrode, an intermediate electrode, and a second electrode. The resistor and the capacitor may be disposed spaced apart from each other between the first electrode and the intermediate electrode. The non-volatile memristor may be disposed between the intermediate electrode and the second electrode.
