A time zone display part 5 is equipped with a time zone adjustable ring 51 equipped with a planetary basic gear for connecting on the lower side, an axial direction stem arranged on a front time wheel, mounted in the axial direction at the center, an inside gear ring part 513 for interlocking two peripheral elastic engaging hooks with an intermediate base equipped with an engaging ring extending in the lower side periphery and with the planetary basic gear, and an inside ratchet ring 514 equipped on an upper part with plural ratchet teeth to be engaged with the two engaging hooks, and the display part 5 is also equipped with a dial plate 52 equipped with a periphery to be inserted into the ring 51. The dial plate 52 is equipped with a planetary idle gear set 53 set by the periphery to be engaged with the inside gear ring part 513 and the planetary basic gear.
