Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a timer switch equipped with an operation indicator lamp capable of indicating the operating state of a load.
CONSTITUTION: A first contact S1 is inserted between a power source AC and an illumination load 2. A second contact S2 is inserted between the power source AC and a ventilating fan 3. The first contact S1 and the second contact S2 are turned on or off successively. A current detection circuit 1 detects the period during which the second contact S2 is closed. A delay circuit B keeps the switching element Q1 in an ON state for a certain time after the second contact S2 is opened. A neon lamp NE which is turned on when the second contact S2 and the switching element Q1 are both turned off is connected in parallel to the switching element Q1. A light-emitting diode LED is provided which is turned on while a load current to the illumination load 2 and the ventilating fan 3 is detected by the current detection circuit 1.
