Title:
TIN-CONTAINING INDIUM OXIDE PARTICLE AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD, CONDUCTIVE COATING FILM, AND CONDUCTIVE SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004143022
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide platy tin-containing indium oxide particles optimal to a transparent conductive coating film; a production method thereof; and a transparent conductive coating film and a conductive sheet both prepared from the particles.

An aqueous indium salt solution is added to an aqueous alkali solution containing a tin salt dissolved therein. The resultant hydroxide or hydrate containing tin and indium is heat-treated at 110-300°C in the presence of water, then filtered, dried, and subjected to heat treatment at 200-1,000°C. Thus, the platy tin-containing indium oxide particles with an average particle size in the plate face direction of 10-200nm are produced. The transparent conductive coating film and the conductive sheet are obtained by coating a transparent substrate with a coating liquid prepared by using the tin-containing indium oxide particles.
