Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip tool and so on which can suitably cut a film body towards a cooling hole.SOLUTION: A tip tool 11 cuts a film body 6 covered by a cooling hole 7 for a high-temperature component 1 equipped with a wing body 5 on a surface of which the cooling hole 7 is formed and the film body 6 which is formed on a surface of the wing body 5. The tip tool 11 includes a shank part 21, a body part 22 connected to the shank part 21, and cutting part 23 which is connected to the body part 22 and cuts the film body 6, and the body part 22 has flexibility. The body part 22 has a deflection amount such that a travel amount L of the cutting part 23 with respect to the cooling hole 7 is more than 0% and not more than 50% of a diameter R of the cooling hole 7.
