Rings 7 are engaged with tire surface side end parts of plural antiskid members 3, and the antiskid members 3 are connected to each other through these rings 7 by surface side elastic extensible-contractible members 8 which have constant strength in a degree that the antiskid members do not separate from a tire by centrifugal force and whose elasticity is not lost even if constant elongation is caused. The rings 7 are engaged with reverse side end parts of the plural antiskid members 3, and fasteners 10 are arranged on these respective rings 7, and a single string-shaped reverse side fastener 11 is inserted into these respective connecting tools 10, and both end parts of this reverse side fastener 11 are joined to each other by a joining tool 12. Even if a tire antiskid device is installed on a tire whose tire outer periphery is larger than a length of the tire antiskid device, since the surface side elastic extensible-contractible members 8 to connect the mutual antiskid members 3 elongate according to it, the device can be used even for a tire different in the outer periphery.
