Abstract:
To provide a vulcanization failure occurrence prediction method capable of easily and highly accurately predicting the possibility of a vulcanization failure occurrence by using design specification data of a green tire and sectional shape data of a molded surface of a used mold, and a tire manufacturing method using this prediction method.SOLUTION: A vulcanization failure occurrence prediction method stores, in an arithmetic unit 2, a prediction model PM generated by machine-learning design specification data D1 including a sectional shape of a green tire G, sectional shape data D2 of a molded surface 7, and vulcanization failure occurrence data D3 in a tire T obtained by vulcanizing a green tire G molded on the basis of multiple different design specification data D1 by a mold 6 as teacher data, and predicts the occurrence presence of a vulcanization failure in a target tire Ta obtained by vulcanizing the green tire Ga by the mold 6 by assigning the design specification data D1 of the green tire Ga to be predicted and the sectional shape data D2 of a molded surface 7 to the prediction model PM to execute an arithmetic operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
