To produce a low cost generator having a quiet sound, using electricity from an electric company and reusing a second hand tire wheel and a motor of a washing machine or the like.

A bolt 12 is inserted into large tires 4, 4', 4", small tires 5, 5', 5", large wheels 6, 6', 6" and small wheels 7, 7', 7" and is fastened and fixed to second hand large wheel receivers 2, 2', 2" and small wheel receivers 2A, 2B, 2C with a nut 13. The large tires and the small tires are rotated with the motor 1 installed on the rear side of the right side large tire 4, the large wheel 6 and the large wheel receiver 2 to generate the generator motor 3 fixed to the fixing receiver 16 on the rear side of the fixing plate 10 of the large tire 4", the large wheel 6" and the large wheel receiver 2". Then, the tire wheel generator is accommodated in a housing 8, a bottom fixing plate 10' and the floor of the housing are fixed with a bolt nut fixing tool 11, four sliding doors 9 are provided to the front side and the rear side, and a disc brake 15 is provided as a safety measure.
