PURPOSE: To improve durability against moist heat, resistance to pressure and self-healing property without deteriorating various electric characteristics and improve laminating property upon making a chip type capacitor by a method wherein a film is formed of water-soluble and/or water-dispersive polyester-based polyurethane resin.
CONSTITUTION: A polyphenylene sulfide film is formed of a film, formed at least one side thereof. The film is constituted of a water-soluble and/or water- dispersive polyester-based polyurethane resin. The breaking extension of the water-soluble and/or water-dispersive polyester-based urethane resin is preferable to be 100% or less. A metallized polyphenylene sulfide laminated film, in which aluminium is deposited on at least one surface of the polyphenylene sulfide laminated film, is wound or laminated.
