Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce load at the start of temperature regulation and shorten a time period elapsed until a room temperature rises to a set temperature by prohibiting a forced ventilation performed by an intake fan and an exhaust fan during a time period before a predetermined period of time lapses after an air conditioner starts temperature control. CONSTITUTION:In an heat exchanging ventilator 2, an intake fan 15 and an exhaust fan 10 are not immediately driven upon makeup of a power supply but they are driven after a predetermined processing is carried out. When preheating and precooling are not in need, the intake fan 15 and the exhaust fan 10 are driven. When preheating and precooling are judged to be in need, they are carried out while keeping the fans in a halting state for a predetermined period of time. However, even during the preheating and precooling, a state of preheating and precooling is released when a concentration of carbon dioxide becomes great or when fresh-up is demanded. Through this processing, loading is reduced without carrying out any forced heat exchanging ventilation during a time period for initial preheating and precooling.
