PURPOSE: To fasten and fix easily as well as definitely a wall panel and a floor panel with a lower floor wall panel or a groundsill material on a continuous footing in a wooden panel structure.

CONSTITUTION: The lower end of a long bolt 7 is screwed into a nut 3c fixed on the rear side of an upper frame 3 of a lower floor wall panel 3 and it is fixed with one horizontal frame 4c of a floor panel 4 with which a top board 4h is not fixed on both sides along a vertical frame. A floor outer surrounding material 5 is loaded on the lower floor panel 3 in such a fashion that it may come into contact with a spacer member 4j which is cut off at a position corresponding to the long bolt 7. Nails are driven into the floor panel 4 from the side of the floor outer surrounding material 5. The four-side frames of each floor panel are fastened and fixed with bolts and nuts. A long nut 9, which is screwed into the long bolt 7 whose upper part is fixed with a shearing plate 8 fixed with an under wall liner material 4d on a horizontal frame 4c which is flush with the top of the top board 4a and the floor outer surrounding material 5, is screwed into a bolt 10 inserted from a working hole 6d of a wall panel 6 loaded so that the long nut 9 may be positioned inside the penetration hole 6b of the lower frame 6a.
