Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the troubles of an electric fan and other parts to be generated due to the water entered in the device when it is used carelessly or erroneously by a user.
CONSTITUTION: Plural electrodes 12 and 13 are installed on the surface of a floor nozzle 3 abutted on the floor so as to detect the presence of liquid on the surface to be cleaned. A buzzer is installed to let the user know when the conductivity between them becomes higher than the prescribed value.
