CONSTITUTION: An adding composition contains a mixture of (a) and (b) as follows, (a) is poly (N vinyl-2-pyrrolidone and (b) is at least one of a sulphur containing compound selected from a compd. represented by formula I or II: RS(R'O)nH (I) or S-((R'O)nH)2 (II). Where, R is an alkyl radical containing a hydrogen atom or a carbon atom up to about 24 each, respective R' is an alkylene radical independently containing two or three of carbon atoms and, respective (n) is independently an integral of 1 - about 100.
