Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide highly nutrious processed embryo food tablet free from embryo smell nor ill taste and odor caused by oxidation and putrefaction, by adding powdery calcium compound to powdery embryo bud, and forming in the shape of tablet.
CONSTITUTION: Powdery embryo bud of grain is mixed homogeneously with about 0.1W5% powdery calcium compound such as calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, calcium lactate, etc., and compression molded by a tabletting machine. If necessary, the tablet is coated with sugar or other proper material.
