Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily and rapidly detect faults of a machine and a detector by deciding whether a signal is outputted from the detector or not after a prescribed period from the starting of driving of the machine. CONSTITUTION:After starting 8 a sequence, a processing instruction 9 rises a machine. If a signal 10 is outputted from a detector accompanied with the rise of the machine before a signal indicating the passage of a prescribed period is outputted from a time device, a storage device is reset by a processing instruction 13b and the counting operation of the indicated time limit device is stopped by a processing instruction 14. A processing instruction 11 to stop the driving of a driving device by the output of a signal 10 is executed and the sequence is stopped at 12. Said procedure is a normal operation. If a signal is outputted from the time limit device after reaching the prescribed period, an alarm indicating the fault is outputted by a processing instruction 15 and the sequence is stopped after executing the processing instruction 11.
