PURPOSE: To provide the title composition and laminate which are suited for use as an interior automotive material.

CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 100 pts.wt. blend of 40-99wt.% polyolefin elastomer (A) and 60-1wt.% chlorinated polyethylene, 0.1-40 pts.wt. halogen-compound flame retardant, and 0.1-40 pts.wt. inorganic flame retardant. The elastomer (A) is one obtained by dynamically heating and partially crosslinking a mixture comprising 20-80 pts.wt. polyolefin resin (a), 80-20 pts.wt. ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber (b) (the sum of (a) and (b) being 100 pts.wt.), and 0.1-5 pts.wt. polyfunctional compound (c) in the presence of an organic peroxide.
