Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the S/N of a subtraction image by integrating the mask image of a number and subtracting it from a live image. CONSTITUTION:A switch 33 is off when photographing a live image and when the live image is obtained serially by one frame, reading from a frame memory 34 is executed with synchronism with the respective frames. A switching circuit 35 selects picture data from the arbitrary frame memory 34, after the selected picture data are inputted to gradation converters 36 to 38 respectively, they are added mutually by adder 41 and 42 and an added picture is subtracted from the live image obtained then in a subtracter 43. Thus, since the integrated picture obtained by adding the one mask image of the same angle as that of the live image and the mask image of the angle adjacent to it is used as the mask image subtracted from the live image, an S/N of the mask image can be improved and moreover the S/N of a subtraction image can be raised.
