PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. which has excellent thermal stability, is electrically conductive and has a high softening temp., by blending electrically conductive carbon black and an organotin stabilizer with a specified polymer mixture.
CONSTITUTION: 5W50pts.wt. electrically conductive carbon black such as furnace black and 1W10pts.wt. organotin stabilizer of the formula (wherein R1, R2 are each an org. group; X, Y are each methyl mono- or dicarboxylate, mercaptide; the sum of C, O and S atoms in the straight chain part of X, Y is 10 or greater) are blended with 100pts.wt. copolymer composed of 80W99wt% vinyl chloride, 1W10wt% allylglycidyl ether and 0W10wt% at least one copolymerizable monomer (e.g. ethylene) or polymer mixture obtd. by mixing two or more polymers in such a quantity as to give the above monomer proportion.
