Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress damage for cloth and the generation of static electricity and to shorten drying time by controlling a driving means and varying the rotating speed of a drum corresponding to a drying degree detected by a dry detecting means. CONSTITUTION:On the back side, a heater 8 and a fan 9 are provided as a hot air generating means to feed hot air into a drum 2. Near the fan 9, a humidity sensor 11 is fitted as the dry detecting means to detect the drying degree of the cloth. Humidity detected by the humidity sensor 11, namely, a dry detection signal is guided to a motor control circuit 12 as a control means. The motor control circuit 12 is composed of a differential amplifier, etc., and arranged at a suitable position in an external exclosure 1. Then the differential output of a drying degree reference signal and the dry detection signal is outputted as a speed control signal. A DC motor 4 is controlled by this speed control signal and the rotating speed of the drum 2 is made variable corresponding to the drying degree.
