Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely receivable an emergency information important for disaster countermeasure, etc., without delay and omission by utilizing M-kinds (M is a natural number and M<=N) disaster preventing information among N-kinds of disaster preventing information and transmitting the information to areas shown by disaster preventing area information included in the disaster preventing information. SOLUTION: A communication satellite signal receiving part 1010 receives N-kinds of information concerning an earthquake, tidal waves, the weather, etc., from a communication satellite by a Ku band antenna 1011 and a communication satellite receiver 1012, temporarily stores them in a memory and transfers them to a data reception main processing part 1071. The part 1071 receives a disaster preventing signal from the receiver 1012, etc., specifies the subdivided name of an area and the contents of emergency information by referring to a corresponding table of a fixed area code and an area name and transfers it to a data storing processing par 1073 for storing. A data output main processing part 1091 confirms the reception of new disaster preventing information from the part 1073 and when this is stored, the part 1091 fetches it to execute preferential receiving processing in receiving order.
