Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance inspection or communication management of user by providing a means storing a data initializing a storage means and a recording and outputting the initializing data stored in a data storage means together with communication information in the output by the recording output means. CONSTITUTION:A control section 3 reads information relating to the present time from a clock section 4, outputs it to a recording section 1, where it is recorded. Succeedingly, the initializing data in a memory 5 stored in an area 6 of the nonvolatile memory 5 is recorded an outputted. Then the control section 3 reads the information relating to the accumulated transmission number of times and the reception number of times from areas 7, 8 of the memory 5 and records and outputs the information on the 3rd and 4th lines of recording paper 10 as the transmission number of times 13 and the reception number of times 14. Thus, a conventional job such as the recording of initializing data of memory on a check list or the reading of it from the check list is not required and the initializing data of the memory is known surely.
