PURPOSE: To efficiently form the colored original for block copy with good accuracy by a simple technique, by providing the one surface of a light transmissive base with a photosensitive white later consisting essentially, of a mat material, white pigments and photosensitive resin, further providing the surface thereof with a protective layer at need and forming a microporous layer permitting easy coloration, thereby increasing whiteness and raising opacity.
CONSTITUTION: The one surface of the light transparent base 3 is provided with the mat material 4 and the photosensitive white layer 2 consisting essentially of the white pigments and the photosensitive resin. Further, the surface thereof is provided with a protective layer 1 to form the microprous layer permitting easy coloration, by which the whiteness is increased and the opacity is raised. A negative film 5 on which a desired image is plotted is superposed on this photosensitive film and thereafter, the photosensitive parts of the film are exposed by proper light rays and are cured. The films is then immersed for a prescribed period of time into a developer. The film is wiped with absorbent cotton, etc., by which the light opaque parts not cured by light are dissolved away. The film 7 of the shapes building up only in the desired image parts is thereby obtd.
